Four work/live studios are available on site for short-term residencies. Artists interested in participating in the creative dialogue being encouraged at the facility may apply for tenures for one month up to one year.

Throughout the course of the residency, artists will be promoted through the [seven-degrees] marketing initiatives. Artists may submit applications to the review board who will make selections on a quarterly basis. The goal will be to encourage a diversity of artistic expression in the facility at all times, while focusing on work in new media.
