MTM Partners and DDA Family Partners, LP joined forces for the purposes of acquiring, developing, and operating real property in Laguna Beach. With a history of successful collaboration, the principals of each organization choose to continue that success as partners and established DeeMark Partners in the summer of 1996.

The most notable establised accomplishment of this partnership to date is highly regarded Sunset Cove Villas vacation and extended-stay accommodations in Laguna Beach. 7 [seven-degrees] at 891 Laguna Canyon Road, a mixed-use, multi-purpose facility incorporating artist work/live studios, an exhibition gallery, and both interior and exterior event space, is the second develipment project for DeeMark Partners. In addition to the Sunset Cove Villas and 7 [seven-degrees] projects, DeeMark Partners has acquired several additional operating commercial properties and vacant parcels that it plans to develop in the future.
