Paintings, sculpture and multi-media video by known international contemporary artist Deborah Paswaters will be on exhibit at [seven-degrees] in Laguna Beach through October 21, 2001.

Deborah Paswaters recently premiered her bloom series at Marion Meyer Contemporary Art Gallery in Laguna Beach, where she also maintains one of her studio locations.

Marion Meyer, who was instrumental in Paswatersą exhibition at the Las Vegas Art Museum, curates this current mini-retrospective at [seven-degrees]. Paswaters [seven-degrees] exhibition features works from the 1998 Figure of Balance series; the Realm series of 1999; a display of ceramic figures surrounded by geometric objects from her 2000 show entitled Found; and her latest body of work, Bloom, which combines her well known abstract figurative style with unusual floral groupings.

In addition to the featured work a multi-media video presentation displays the artist working in her various studios around the world and includes footage created by the artist. Paswaters mini-retrospective at [seven-degrees] is open to the public Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 11a.m. to 3 p.m.
